Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It includes up to 30 appointments per month, one service, and your own booking page. You can upgrade to a paid plan any time as your practice grows.
No. Your clients simply open your booking link in any web browser on their phone or computer, pick a time, and confirm. There is nothing for them to download or sign up for.
Print your clinic’s QR and put it at reception. Walk-in patients scan it, enter their name and mobile, and get a token number with a live page showing who is being seen now, how many are ahead and a rough wait time. Reception calls the next token, skips or marks no-shows, and can add a walk-in by hand. The token queue is included on Starter, Pro and Business.
Starter sends booking confirmations on WhatsApp and email. Pro and Business also send automatic reminders before each appointment. Messages go through the official WhatsApp Business platform, so they arrive where your clients already read their messages, which helps reduce no-shows.
Yes, on Starter and above. Add your UPI ID and a booking fee in settings. After booking or taking a token, the patient taps “Pay with any UPI app” and the money goes straight to your own bank account: PracticeOak never holds it and charges no commission. Reception marks the fee as paid when it arrives. Card checkout through a payment gateway is not available yet.
Reminders help, and on Pro and Business you can also ask patients to confirm their booking by a set time. If they don’t confirm, the booking is released and the slot opens up again for someone else.
Yes. Paid plans let you invite team members and manage their roles: Starter includes 1 staff seat, Pro includes 3, and Business includes 10. Each appointment can be assigned to the right staff member.
Yes. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, so each practice can only see its own data. You can export or delete your data at any time, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
