Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It includes up to 30 appointments per month, one service, and your own booking page. You can upgrade to a paid plan any time as your practice grows.
No. Your clients simply open your booking link in any web browser on their phone or computer, pick a time, and confirm. There is nothing for them to download or sign up for.
On the Pro and Business plans, PracticeOak automatically sends booking confirmations and appointment reminders to your clients on WhatsApp, alongside email. Messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business platform, so they arrive where your clients already read their messages — which helps reduce no-shows.
You can display each service’s price on your booking page so clients know the cost upfront. PracticeOak uses Razorpay to collect your own subscription payments. Collecting payments or deposits directly from clients at the time of booking is not available yet.
Yes. Paid plans let you invite team members and manage their roles: Starter includes 1 staff seat, Pro includes 3, and Business includes 10. Each appointment can be assigned to the right staff member.
Yes. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, so each practice can only see its own data. You can export or delete your data at any time, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
